Rosicky and Van Persie t-shirts added - Free Xmas shipping

You might have noticed already but we have added two hot designs today - a Rosicky themed shirt labelled “Czech mate” and a neat RVP design. We also added a Liam Brady “Chippy” design last week which has been selling very well. These are the first three of many face shirts to come on Arseshirts, so stay tuned for more if your favourite isn’t here yet.

Also if you want free shipping for your x-mas shopping you can use the following code on checkout (should work on both EU and US store):

XMAS07XXL

The code is valid on the 12th, 13th and 14th of December only.

Launching the InsideArsenal t-shirts

We’re proud to introduce the partnership with another great Arsenal website - insidearsenal.co.uk - an Arsenal blog and website which not only brings you the latest news on the gunners, but also has lots of good information on the club in general.

The branded t-shirts sport a cool design in a special gold metallic print, and are available in the shop on a wide range of products. The design is of course also available in the Arseshirts Designer which enables you to put it on any product you want - from t-shirts to hoodies to coffee cups (you can do that with any of the Arseshirts designs, by the way :-)

Anyway, check out the InsideArsenal t-shirts in the shop and if you’re not familar with the InsideArsenal site make sure you pay them a visit aswell.

The Sex Pistols dig The Cesc Pistols

Check out this clip of the Sex Pistols’ front man John Lydon raving about the Gunners.

Brilliant! A true gooner.

Competition winner + new shirts + Gooner Gazette

Congrats to Pernille from Norway who answered correctly and won our competition. The answer I was looking for was 15 players, although in retrospect the question could have been better formed - as I was interested in number of players at the time, not current players. Either way - congrats to Pernille who will receive a free shirt in the mail soon.

We are constantly adding more designs and shirt types, and our US store in particular has been improved greatly by new American Apparel lightweight shirts. We’ve also added retro style shirts for most designs.

We have launched a bunch of new designs lately, with the latest being a Guitar Hero inspired shirt celebrating young Cesc Fabregas. The youngster has been world class this season, and I can only hope he will stay with us for a long, long time.

Speaking of world class - our good friends over at the Arsenal FC Blog have just launched a very, very nice online magazine for gooners called the Gooner Gazette. This is a monthly summary of all things Arsenal with articles, quotes, pictures and more. It’s perfect to print out for a read on the bed. It could do with a bit more Spurs mockery, but hey, you could improve anything with a bit of Spurs mockery. Anyway, Arseshirts is a proud sponsor of the Gazette, and each month we give you the opportunity to win free shirts by entering a competition.

Bug on order form fixed

We have had a bug on the order form which resulted in blank labels on the address fields for some users. If you tried to order and couldn’t get through we’re sorry. The problem is now fixed. Thanks to Nick for the heads up.

PS, way to go, kids. 2-0 against a top five team says a lot about our squad depth.

Arsenal on fire, US shipping launched

Wow, being a gooner these days is real fun. We seem to be scoring goals for fun and look really unbeatable at the moment. And how good is Cesc Fabregas? Also good to see Adebayor getting the goals he’s working hard for. I think he puts a lot more effort into his game than most people seem to believe.

As Goodplaya reports we’re also officially loaded. Financially the club is very healthy, and it’s good to see that the stadium looks like a fine investment.

In other news, here at Arseshirts we silently launched our US store before the weekend. Silently because we’re not 100% there yet in regards to the collection - a couple of designs are still missing. We’re working hard on this however so stay tuned if you’re favourite is missing. Anyway - this means we’re able to ship our fine shirts to the US, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and more.

Finally I just want to say that this whole mess with the russian and the orange man suck hairy balls, and hopefully all Arsenal fans will make their voices heard and let Dein and Usmanov know they’re not wanted at the Arsenal.

Answer question - win t-shirt

There’s football again soon when we entertain Sevilla at the Emirates tonight. Let’s hope for an entertaining game of football with lots of goals. For Arsenal.

Anyway - if you don’t mind I have another t-shirt to give away. Just send the answer to the following question to post@arseshirts.com.

How many Arsenal players participated in the 2006 World Cup in Germany?

The winner will be announced here on the blog and notified by email.

Introducing Goon*r ™

Arsenal fans have reacted strongly after the club has boldly applied for a trademark on the term “Gooner” for use in merchandise sales. The word originated as a hooligan chant in the 80’s, and it’s ironic that the club now wants to take control over this once derogatory term.

Anyway, the issue has been discussed lively elsewhere, so I won’t take it any further here. Instead I’ll just introduce our latest t-shirt, the Goon*r ™ shirt. Hope you like it, and stay tuned for another shirt give-away tomorrow right here on the blog.

Competition winner, and finally some real football

Congrats to Yohann from France who won our launch competition! The answer of course was FK Haugesund.

Stay tuned for a bunch of new shirts and another competition next week.

There’s real football today, unlike those dull internationals, and not just any game is it. We haven’t lost to Tottenham since 1999 and they don’t exactly look like world beaters this season either. A win would do today, though a 4-0 win and a Dudu hat-trick would do really good.

US shipping coming soon

We have had quite a few people asking us why we don’t ship to the US or Australia. And it’s not that we don’t want to, it just hasn’t been possible yet due to our shipping partner’s restrictions.

Anyway, we have started the process of setting up a store in the US which enables us to ship the shirts to Australia, Japan, New Zealand, China, Korea amongst others. Hopefully we will have this up and running in October.

If you’re in the US or anywhere else we don’t currently ship to, throw me an email at post@arseshirts.com and I’ll let you know when the store is up and running.
